Internship description:

• Registrar correctamente  su asistencia al inicio y final de la jornada  en la caseta de UPC , portando su  uniforme de acuerdo al estándar de uniformidad
• Al presentarse a la oficina de ama de llaves, elaborar reportes de camarista con distribucion de trabajo( marcar salidas, llegadas, y atencion especial) y preparar hojas de asistencia para control de llaves maestras.
• Organizar el material de trabajo (bolca de sesto, bolca  para basura, faciales, limpiones, y carpeta con papelería) que se entregarà a cada camarista, así como preparar el llenado de atomizadores con productos químicos estos deberán ser llenados específicamente los días (DOMINGO, MIERCOLES Y VIERNES), verificando que cada atomizador tenga la etiqueta que especifique el tipo de químico a utilizar.
• A las 8 am en punto deberán hacer entrega de material de trabajo previamente preparado así como verificar que el personal este debidamente uniformado acorde a los estándares de uniformidad.
• Cada supervisor tendra la responsabilidad de realizar  brifing a diario mencionando (puntos de ocupación, la media general, llegadas del dia, salidas, llegadas importantes del dia, horarios de restaurantes, show nocturno y de animación, haciendo énfasis todos los días sobre la misión y visión de nuestra empresa) alternándose semanalmente entre supervisores.
• Una vez concluido el brifing 8:20am,  los supervisores inmediatamente tendrán que subir a pisos junto con su equipo de camaristas.
• Una vez en piso los supervisores tendrán que cerciorarse de que cada camarista cuente con el equipo necesario para llevar acabo sus funciones de no ser así tendra que complementarlo en el menor tiempo posible.
• En cada villa el supervisor tiene la responsabilidad de supervisar los pasillos y roperías, asegurándose que se encuentren en perfectas condiciones de limpieza y mantenimiento.
• Una vez cerciorado los puntos anteriores el supervisor tendra que realizar un levantamiento físico del estado de las habitaciones.
• La sabana de ocupación serà entregada en oficina a mas tardar a las 9.30 am.
• El supervisor tiene la encomienda de atender las necesidades inmediatas del personal, como es el sumistro de material de trabajo, reporte de daños, desperfectos y emergencias que se presenten y afecten la comodidad del huésped.
• Supervisa el trabajo realizado por el àrea de Mantenimiento de acuerdo a las requisiciones de servicio elaboradas.
• Dar prioridad a las salidas efectivas que en su momento les estén pasando.
• Supervisor tendrá que asegurarse que la limpieza de las habitaciones que lleguen bajo el siguiente concepto (H10 Premium, Privilege, Mlt, Apple, Trip Advisor, y atenciones especiales) su limpieza tendrá que estar lista a la 1 PM así como los que ya estén en casa.
• Supervisar el trabajo terminado de las camaristas en al menos 4 habitaciones ocupadas.
• Participar en la formaciòn y evaluación del personal a su cargo, realiza reuniones y planes de trabajo con su personal, de esta forma le será más fácil al supervisor detectar las fallas de sus subordinados.
• Organiza en coordinación con Ama de Llaves planes especiales de limpieza y/o mantenimiento preventivo o cualquier otro tipo de trabajo a efectuarse en las habitaciones.
• Planifica su trabajo para el dìa siguiente.
• Aplicar los estándares de servicio implementados en la Empresa (Presentación Personal, Etiqueta Telefónica, Actitud de Servicio y Atenciòn al cliente, información de horarios de los diferentes centros de consumo y actividades de entretenimiento,  etc.)
• Se asegura  y reporta  al Jefe Inmediato sobre zonas que impliquen riesgos laborales.
• Realiza su trabajo con las medidas de seguridad que correspondan y vigila que su personal cumpla con las mismas,
• Debe  conocer, promover y apegarse a la politica establecida de Turismo Responsable.
• Participa en  los programas de capacitación determinados por la Empresa.
• Verifica y supervisa que el personal a su cargo cumpla con el Reglamento Interior de Trabajo
