Challenging event & meeting internship training at great DMC company in Barcelona
This event training offers you to be part of an organization which organize (sport) events, conferences, incentives and so on from A till Z.
Your work description amongst other tasks:
- Assisting the Incentive and Group departments;
- Daily changing activities: answering phone calls, updating database, preparations of the projects, looking up relevant information, designing menu cards, designing signs and so on;
- You speak at least medium Spanish amongst other languages like for example English, German, Italian, Russian;
- Because the company is working all over Spain there can be changes that you will also;
- Assignments from your university can be spoken of;
- This internship is for at least 5 to 6 months;
- Working hours from Monday till Friday from 9 am - 6.30 pm including 1 hour lunch break;
- There can be occassional weekend meetings.
- You are an enrolled student at a relevant school like Tourism Management, Leisure, Event Management
- Medium Spanish or better
- Other languages like Italian, English, Russian, German
- Preferably previous exeperience with meetings, incentives, dmc, conferences
- Well experienced with computer hard- and software
- Be independant
- Available for at least 5 to 6 months
