Your internship:
1. Following up and assisting clients with their event.
2. Assisting the Meetings and Events Sales department staff with their daily activities.
3. Facilitating communication within the department, the hotel and with clients.
4. Performing all tasks according to departmental guidelines, the departmental business plan and the Radisson BLU corporate guidelines and service concepts.
5. Performing all activities in ways that are consistent with the Responsible Business principles of operation.

Responsibilities & activities1. Handling all incoming sales requests within 24 hours after reception.
2. Updating, processing and handling Meetings and Events client files and accounts.
3. Updating the Group Tracking Sheet (GTS) on a regular basis.
4. Assuming responsibility for smaller contracts.
5. Assuming responsibility for and handling last minute requests at the Meetings and Events reception.
6. Managing the meeting rooms’ electronic posting boards (screens) by posting the required announcements in a timely and precise manner.
